Waikato District Health Board is at "medium risk" of tribulation further network outages in the next 12 months while the board's tidings technology tandem has reached "saturation point", according to familiar superintendent word officer Alan Grainer. After voicing his concerns at yesterday's take meals meeting, Mr Grainer cultivated members that he had tendered his capitulation this week and would sanction the DHB just before Christmas. "I have been here just abruptly of seven years, and seven years is about the end of what I do with with any task – the period has come for change." It has been a bloody-minded seven years for Mr Grainer, who was at the command of technology when the DHB network was fasten down for two days in December 2009 after being infected by the Conficker virus, affecting 5800 staff.
