The National Weather Service in Ruskin says a tornado touched down in Sumter County Wednesday afternoon. Other practical tornadoes were reported in Citrus County. There was no hurt in Sumter County. Lt. Bobby Caruthers in Sumter says there are no reports of structures damaged or populate injured, although he says sway lines are down in the Nobletown parade of the county.
In Pasco County, Sheriff's officials said a tree kill and damaged three cars and force lines were down in three cities.
