Ben Harper, Cee Lo Green crest SITP lineup Breaking news.

SIOUX CITY - Festival favorite Ben Harper and Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist Cee Lo Green are surrounded by the high-profile names that will provoke up the 21st annual Saturday in the Park music red-letter day lineup, the Journal has learned.
