Missourians won't have to cool for another court to determine if a proposed constitutional change will be on the Nov. 2 nomination ballot. Secretary of State Robin Carnahan on Thursday dropped her beseech of Cole County Circuit Judge Paul Wilson's Tuesday ruling ordering the statewide election.
And Wilson on Thursday issued an "Amended Final Judgment" that the suit "contains a constitutionally adequate troop of valid signatures and complies with the Constitution" in form to be placed on the Nov. 2 ballot, and that "the parties jibe that the Secretary has entranced all steps required to aver this Petition as enough and to location it on the ballot."
