The State of Alabama dropped the ball in this matter, period, end of story. Educators are hired to edify and educate. They are not hired to be pecuniary managers and first-rate accountants able to deputize illusion upon commentary that the State of Alabama is prevalent to be reducing funding.

School systems are fully dependent on Government revenues.
