September 28, 2011, 12:01pm BORONGAN, Philippines - The tract of Eastern Samar will streak the 110th anniversary of the "Balangiga Massacre" officially known as "Balangiga Encounter Day" in brainless ceremonies Wednesday at the 16th century attractive burgh of Balangiga, 100 kilometers of south of the marvellous borough of Borongan.
